1. Q: Will the product be frostbitten during rapid cooling?
A: The cooler is equipped with frostbite prevention device to prevent frostbite.
2. Q: How to install it?
A: The buyer can hire a local company, and our company will provide remote assistance, guidance and training for local installation personnel. Or we can send professional personnel to install it.
3. Q: How to transport?
A: Generally, a 40-foot-high cabinet can be used for transportation within 6 pallets, 2 40-foot-high cabinets can be used for transportation between 8 pallets and 10 pallets, and special flat cabinets can be used for transportation above 12 pallets. If the cooler is too wide or too high, it shall be transported in a special cabinet.

A: T/T, 30% deposit, the balance shall be paid before shipment.
